To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for every client, please review our cancellation and reschedule policy below: Cancellations • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 5% cancellation fee, based on the total service amount. • The 5% fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from your deposit. • No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment before booking future appointments. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the 5% fee. • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (949)-438-9237 so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
